Otaiba Bin Saeed Al Otaiba, founder and Chairman of Al Otaiba Enterprises, belongs to the fifth generation of Al Otaiba family businessmen. He is a recognized businessman who at a young age decided to establish his own business in property management and real estate investments, that grew into real estate development and other businesses.

Al Otaiba has held important roles that aim to support the real estate business community in Abu Dhabi. For a number of years, he served as Board Member of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of the Real Estate Committee, and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Holding Company PJSC.

He continues to support the Abu Dhabi Chamber and its various committees and forums by actively attending, contributing and voicing the concerns, challenges, and opportunities in the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi. He also holds the position of Member of the Advisory Board of Strathclyde University in the UAE.

Al Otaiba holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management and attended various courses at The London School of Economics and Political Science, Cranfield University, Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting, UNESCO-IHE Institute of Water Education, Management & Real Estate Academy and HAWKAMAH Institute for Corporate Governance.

Jinendra Sancheti has a long and illustrious management career spanning over 40 years. During these 4 decades, he has managed diverse businesses operating in nearly 40 countries, spread over many regions with particular focus on India, the Middle East, and Africa.

Jinendra Sancheti is a Warwick Business School alumnus, a qualified Chartered Accountant, and Company Secretary. He started his professional career with Unilever and subsequently spent over 20 years in the logistics industry and has been a recognised industry leader. His diverse work experience includes providing strategic consultancy to numerous companies in the retail, FMCG, OEM, electric and electronics, express distribution, and the real estate industries.

He joined as CEO of Al Otaiba Enterprises with a vision to transform the Company and take it to newer heights. He along with the Chairman, Otaiba Bin Saeed Al Otaiba, has transformed the group into a very well- respected industry leader in its field. The Group has developed a sound strategic path and vision under his management.

Jinendra Sancheti has been an active participant in many industry events and forums, he has served on the board of advisors for the Supply Chain and Logistics Group (SCLG) in Dubai and the Express Industry Council of India. He is also a member of the Chartered Accountants of India Dubai Chapter and Indian Industry and Business Professionals Council.
